Paul Bennett and Melissa Hurley purchased the beautiful Tŷ Mawr Hotel in December 2019 sourcing Telemat IT Services to initially ‘troubleshoot’ problems with the guest Wi-Fi system.
This was achieved remotely via phone and laptop support to get the system up and running.
This confidence in the level of service provided gave rise to:
- The installation of a complete new Wi-Fi system
- The client booking a service level agreement to cover software and hardware advice and consultancy in future
- A Service Level Agreement covering simple software and hardware advice and ongoing support being put in place
