Dolbryn Caravan and Campsite commissioned Telemat IT Support services to take over the Business IT Support Contract that services Wi-Fi connectivity and technical support for the caravan park based near Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire.
Telemat upgraded the Wi-Fi system that now offers coverage for the whole of the leisure facility site.
Dolbryn Caravan & Campsite provides touring caravan pitches along with camping, ready tents, and wooden camping pods for tourism visitors. The tourism haven also offers a visitor’s bar, onsite shop, play area and children’s activities, wildlife walks and it’s very own vineyard. An animal and pet area offer visitors a chance to interact with farm animals and pets with a dog owners kennel facility.
Telemat added an additional layer of Wi-Fi to offer visitors free low-speed connectivity and a premium level paid for broadband that allows live streaming across all types of mobile devices.
